ContractorJacob C. Jørgensen
I am an international arbitration and construction lawyer with more than 10 years’ PQE from Swiss, UK and Scandinavian law firms. In 2015, I joined the legal department of the Danish EPC power plant company, BWSC A/S. My work is focused on contentious matters related to the financing, construction and operation of biomass or diesel-fueled power plants worldwide.
I dedicate a considerable part of my free time to academic projects and pro bono work. Most recently, I have joined the international organisation, A4ID, as a pro bono lawyer.
Since 2011, I have been listed as an arbitration expert in the “Who’s Who Legal” (http://whoswholegal.com/profiles/66471/0/jorgensen/jacob-christian-jorgensen/). In January 2016, I became a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
